Hm, it depends. If I really, really have to pee I just go pee. If I can hold it in, I hold it.

Usually I just get up and pee. I hate holding it in. =3= Uncomfortable.

I typically refrain from eating/drinking before going to bed
If I have eaten/drunk something, I go to the bathroom before going to bed

The only time I go to pee is if I have a REALLY full bladder, which is rare for me
